Founded in 1999, the Next Generation Martial Arts School is a black belt school specializing in the Kenpo style of karate.

Under the direction of Shihan Michael Woods, the school emphasizes the martial arts techniques, physical fitness, mental discipline, and respect that form the core of karate. Classes are offered to meet the needs of all ages and ranks.

Family Fitness

The school's commitment to physical fitness is extended through a variety of exercise classes suited to meet the needs of the entire family.

Martial arts students and others are encouraged to attend.
