The adult class allows students to be part of a team that supports and motivates each other to reach their goals and get in better shape. Class sessions are available in both the morning and evening to accommodate all schedules.
Mixed Martial Arts Classes
Our mixed martial arts program here at NGMA is designed for men, woman, and children of all ages. We are geared towards learning and getting in shape along the way! You are able to progress at your own pace and all students are encouraged to support each other at all times and promote a positive learning environment.
These classes will teach you to defend yourself while being on the ground, while getting in a great sweat! This class is not only for those interested in the opportunity to compete in both local and national competitions. Jujitsu (the gentle art) is for anyone who wants to learn a new martial art while getting in a workout like nothing else. For you wrestlers, this is a great way to sharpen your skills during the offseason and spend some serious time on the mat.
As opposed to jujitsu, these classes focus on the standup striking techniques of the Martial Arts. A combination of different styles of standup fighting will help you to develop an arsenal of striking attacks using punches, kicks, knees, and elbows. Another great way to learn a new martial art while burning calories and getting in shape!
